Treatment Options & Prices
There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to healing the body through massage therapy. At CSR Signature Massage, we personalize your healing with a combination of different massage techniques and treatments to provide relief and promote wellness.
Swedish Massage
The classic massage. A Swedish massage is the most popular therapeutic massage and is for you if you are interested in relaxation and tension relief. Long, gliding strokes are meant to provide relaxation, improve blood circulation, and ease muscle tension.
Graston Technique Provider
Graston Technique (GT) Therapy is an evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that allows for precise detection and treatment of fascial restrictions as well as muscle and tendon dysfunction.
Trigger Point Therapy
A trigger point is part of the muscle that is so contracted that the blood flow is limited. This point, also known as a knot, can cause pain in other parts of the body. Trigger point therapy applies pressure to and releases trigger points in order to stimulate blood flow and alleviate the source of the pain.
Cupping Therapy
Poor blood flow is to blame for some muscle tensions, trigger points and other physical ailments. Cupping stimulates blood flow by suctioning cups to the skin. The pressure of the suction improves circulation, stimulates blood flow, breaks up muscle tension, and flushes out inflammation.
Reflexology
Reflex points correspond to different organs and systems. Meaning, our feet, hands, and ears have specific points that when pressure is applied to them, they can bring about healing and relaxation to corresponding areas of the body. Reflexology can reduce pain and anxiety while enhancing relaxation and sleep.
